    材料:低精粉135克,高精粉15克,黄油20克,马琪琳100克,水75克,牛奶130克,低粉10克,蛋黄两粒,糖20克,炼乳一勺。

    制作步骤

    1.把挞皮原料(除马琪琳)混合和面至光滑保鲜膜包好醒面40分钟。 这期间把马琪琳赶薄待用。

    2. 将面赶薄至马琪琳三倍大小,将马琪琳放到面片上。

    3. 然后叠成赶薄再叠被子状。保鲜膜包好放入冰箱醒面30分钟。 取出面再反复叠被子3次,赶薄卷成擀面棍状,切小圆状压平放入蛋挞模具中。待用。
